The ratification of the new collective bargaining agreement brings with it many positive changes in the non-economic language, specifically in Articles 14 and 16.  Learning about these as well as learning or being updated on the rest of the contract is highly recommended for all members, but especially for delegates and department representatives, and members of department, college and university peer review committees.

As the new contract may not be printed by then, participants are referred to both the expired contract and the summary of changes in the new contract.
